Emma is the manager of Restgarth Care Home. Emma has worked at Restgarth since May 2017 and brings with her many years experience of working in the care sector. Emma is an accomplished Registered Manager with over 12 years experience in all sectors of the care industry specialising in Mental Health, Supported Living, Dementia and Residential Care. Emma has achieved the QCF qualification in levels 2, 3,and 4 in Health and Social Care as well as my QCF Level 3 and 4 in Leadership and Management. She also achieved the St. Lukes, Six Steps to Success, End Of Life Award.
Emma feel strongly and passionately about our Residents quality of life and is a Dignity in Care Champion promoting the choices and wishes of residents on a daily basis. Emma is proud of her aim to achieve a positive, safe and home from home environment for our residents at Restgarth, with the support from a dedicated staff team.
The support, commitment and involvement of family, friends and outside professionals is a fundamental and valuable asset to our residents and staff alike. Emma has always believed in an open and transparent working relationship which has been a key part in her successful career and passion for Residential Care over the years.
The Care Team
We select our care staff not just for their professional approach, but for their caring nature. Treating everyone with respect and dignity is an essential part of life at Restgarth Care Home and we are fortunate to have both established and new members of the team dedicated to helping our residents make the most of their daily lives and routines.
Hannah is one of our longest serving members of staff who has worked with us at Restgarth for over a decade. She looks after the administration of the Care Home including the financial side. She is very a very caring and professional person and she provides a range of support to not only our residents, their families but also to the members of staff.
